Boardroom
Ultra Sports has two dedicated rooms on the second floor of the facility to provide additional options for organizers to rent.
The Board Room house a large table surrounded by 10 comfortable padded chairs, white board and a LCD for presentations (AV requirements), videos, etc… The entire facility has FREE Wi-Fi that can be accessed at any time. Typical uses for the board room are coaches & parent meetings, team video review sessions, and much more.
Party Room
Our Party Room, which overlooks Field B and Court 2, gives parents and participants an excellent vantage point of all the action while chatting and enjoying some food & drink. The party room comes equipped with 24 chairs on three six foot tables with a fridge for drinks, cake, food, etc… Typical uses of the Party Room are hosting birthday parties, Stag’s/Doe’s, team year end parties and really anything you can think of!
All rentals come with setup & clean charges included.
